Challenge

Logo, branding identity and website consistent with the company's values and associated with the industry.

Hav-Elektro is an electrical installation contractor specializing in the maritime industry. They changed their name to differentiate themselves from a regional competitor. Consequently, they needed a new logo, graphic profile, and website. They wanted all these elements to be closely associated with their industry and company. Client wanted as well to visually separate and highlight his own articles from those published by the company's partner and place greater emphasis on maritime services on their website.

Solution

Workshop with the client to learn as much as possible about the company and target group. Creation of minimalistic branding, a logo referring to the industry and a modern website.

We organized a workshop with the client's team to learn as much as possible about the company, its values, target group, competition, business goals, and expectations. After analyzing the collected data, I designed a logo that reflects the electrical industry in both color and form. The use of two colors in the symbol represents the provision of services on both sea and land. The minimalist and orderly branding emphasizes the nature of the company and its core values: competence, responsibility, and a service-oriented approach.

I improved the website's navigation menu and reorganized the structure to ensure it was clearly visible and simple, accommodating the wide age diversity of the target group. I created two separate sections to separate the client's articles from those published by the partner, giving the client's articles more prominence. Additionally, I prioritized the maritime category by making it the first section in the content and highlighting it in the hero area. The entire website layout I kept in a minimalist style, without unnecessary decorations or avant-garde solutions so as not to distract the user's attention from the content.
